Danny Phantom "Identity Crisis" storyboards sequence by Benjamin Balistreri (Part 2 of 2).

"Here is another segment of my board for Danny Phantom: Identity Crisis. The Techno-ghost: Technus, takes over the Fenton-RV and goes flying through the city. If you ever catch the episode on TV, you’ll notice some of this was cut. Mostly due to time. Again I just left out the dialog and screen direction to save on space." ~ Benjamin Balistreri.

Danny Phantom "Identity Crisis" storyboard sequence by Ben Benjamin Balistreri (Part 1 of 2).

"Here is a small segment from the storyboard I did for the Danny Phantom episode: "Identity Crisis"…The story, involves Danny splitting himself into two beings. One: an over the top super hero, and the other a fun-loving slacker, (hence the segment that goes split screen showing both of them.) I like to draw my boards as clean as possible. Aside from being fun to draw, it helps the overseas animation look as good as it can." ~ Benjamin Balistreri.

“The team begins the film in their usual animated world. Then they transform to computer graphic superheroes to fight off a menace endangering beloved Bikini Bottom.”
Find out more about the upcoming SpongeBob movie

I have mixed feelings about this. Some years ago, I was a huge SpongeBob fan and I loved all the episodes from the first seasons, as well as the first movie. I think the new episodes are still cool, but I’m less obsessed with SpongeBob than before. I fear that the new movie can’t get the same charm from the first one, but in the other hand, these superhero versions are AWESOME. The muscular-but-fat Patrick is very funny, and SpongeBob looks very strong and self-confident. I like the two-leged Squidward and Mr. Krabs as a robot.
